- 1 part Aria Portland Dry gin
- 2 parts grapefruit juice
- 1 part sparkling wine
- Go nuts with Bitter Housewife grapefruit bitters.
- Seltzer water to taste
- Grapefruit, lemons and mint for garnish
- Add some zest from the grapefruit, if you fancy
A large ice block mold will keep the punch chilled without watering the punch down too much. Alternatively, keep an ice bucket nearby.
