Stone Barn Brandyworks transforms Oregon bounty into clean ryes, liqueurs, grappa, and, of course, brandy. Founders Sebastian and Erika’s love for drying and preserving fruit led to the opening of Stone Barn Brandyworks in 2009. Stone Barn’s first product was a plum brandy made from regional fruit.

Tasting Menu:

Brandy > Apple Brandy, Bartlett Pear Brandy, Northwest Plum Brandy (barrel aged)

Fruit Variety > Biggs Junction Apricot Liqueur, Cherry Cordial, Cranberry Liqueur, Cranberry Rhubarb Liqueur, Peach Liqueur (made in a base of oat whiskey spirits), Quince Liqueur, Red Wing Roast Coffee Liqueur, Rhubarb Liqueur, Star Crimson Pear Liqueur, Twany Duet (a blend of pinot noir dessert wine and pinot noir brandy)

Grappa and Ouzo > Ouzo Eastside Ouzo, Malbec Grappa, Pinot Noir, barrel aged grappa

Whiskey > American Oat Straight Whiskey, Straight Rye Whiskey, Straight Rye Whiskey (chocolate rye)
