In 1985, Steve McCarthy started Clear Creek Distillery, the first distillery to open and operate in Oregon since Prohibition. The inspiration for Clear Creek came while on a trip abroad. After traveling around Europe, Steve wanted to find a way to recreate the eau de vie and brandy he had tasted. Since the ’80s Clear Creek has grown its portfolio to include fruit spirits, whiskey, grappa, and more.

Barrel Aged Brandy > Apple Reserve, Apple, American Pot Still
